Damon is an architectural professional with a Master of Architecture from the University of Houston. Originally from Athens, Illinois, he returned to Central Illinois after earning his degree to build his career close to home. As an active Associate member of the AIA, Damon is recognized for his ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements while delivering thoughtful, well-coordinated design solutions.
With experience spanning educational, municipal, commercial, and athletic facilities, Damon brings a detail-oriented approach to every project. His expertise in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit allows him to produce accurate construction documentation while leveraging technology to improve design workflows and project efficiency.
Outside the office, Damon enjoys gardening, researching Wikipedia articles, and spending time with his Doberman, Henry. Inspired by theater, art, photography, and architectural theory, he brings creativity, curiosity, and a fresh perspective to the Graham & Hyde team.
