When the old tenants moved out, Memorial Medical Center tasked Graham and Hyde with renovating the building into a state-of-the-art space for their Human Resources Department.
The exterior was left mostly intact with a few updates including a new entrance canopy and modernizing the site to meet current accessibility codes. The interior was stripped down to the shell to meet the Human Resources Department’s requirements for a modern facility. The new spaces include offices, cubicle areas, meeting rooms with the most current conferencing technology, exam rooms, blood draw, mothers’ room, and kiosks at the entry along with an extensive graphics packs for easy wayfinding.
New finishes and furniture were included throughout the building.
