Kathy has been with Graham & Hyde Architects, Inc. since 2005, where she manages daily operations of G&H. She oversees all accounting responsibilities for the firm including payroll and all associated payroll reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting for the company. She also plays a crucial role in managing invoicing, cost summaries, cash flow, and ensuring all financial aspects of the firm are handled efficiently and accurately.
In addition to her accounting expertise, Kathy serves as the firm’s Human Resource Officer and Benefits Administrator. She onboards new hires, maintains personnel files, and paid time off reporting. She administers and monitors the 401k Plan and ensures compliance with IRS regulations. She evaluates and manages the firm's health, life, disability, and professional liability insurance.
In her free time, Kathy enjoys traveling and camping with her husband and spending time with her three grandchildren.
