With more than 10 years of experience in human resources and operations, she oversees employee onboarding, personnel records, and paid time off reporting, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee experience.
She administers and manages health, life, and disability programs. Known for her strategic yet approachable style, Stephanie partners with leadership to support employee development, streamline operations, and strengthen workplace culture.
Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and getting outdoors—camping, fishing, and kayaking whenever she can. She also enjoys hands-on creative outlets like woodworking and painting, reflecting the same thoughtfulness and care she brings to her work at Graham & Hyde.
