Isaiah Pierce

Isaiah is a dedicated architectural professional with a strong academic background and hands-on experience in creating functional, inspiring, and creating spaces that influence community development. Isaiah holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an Associate in Arts from Lincoln Land Community College.

In his career, Isaiah has assisted senior architects in designing and executing architectural projects, focusing on spaces for learning, worship, health, and work. His experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions alongside senior architects. His expertise spans team coordination, site analysis, detailed design development, and the creation of comprehensive construction documentation.

Isaiah was a member of NOMA (National Organization of Minority Architects) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and remains active in NOMA. He won third place for the 2023 Earl Prize and received the Lincoln Land Foundation STEM Scholarship.
